Frosty is sheer, and fulll of shimmer, glitz, and twinkle.  On it's own it's a nice sort of "Ice Princess" color- you could totally wear it to the office if you wanted.  Pair it with a little black eyeliner- and it becomes more a retro look- dust it over a color for a little more pop and glitz.  Foil it- and  you're a Drag Queen.  Frosty is primarily silver, but there are some red, green, and gold natural cosmetic glitters- it's twinkly- and pure pigment so it's safe to put anywhere.

We've used very special (i.e. expensive) pigments to get these incredible special effects.  Rather than our normal 5-gram sifter jar, you'll receive a smaller 3-gram sifter jar with 1/4 tsp product.
