Heavy Coverage ivory provides very heavy coverage.  I find it best for spot concealing, but we do have women who use it as their primary foundation.

Starter Kits include a 1 tablespoon bag of Heavy Coverage Ivory plus a 1 tablespoon bag of the tinted base of your choice, an empty 30 gram sifter jar, measuring scoop, and a sample of Perfecting Powder.
