Inspire is a creamy tan shimmer with glints of blue and purple.  It's a nice highlight for deeper skin tones, or a nice lid color for lighter tones.  While it looks like another creamy tone, the glints of blue and purple help it to mix and match with a lot of different shades.  It started as a GWP, and has become a staple for its fans.
