Lagoon reminds me of a warm tropical island.  It's a lovely shade of vibrant blue/green.  These vibrant rainbow colors are made to play with.  If you pat them on they're bold and intense- but you can also blend them out, or even mix them with foundation base to make more sheer pastel tones. (these are not repackaged pops like you see around the web- these are matte, opaque, and adhere better than just a repackaged mica)
