All Set dries nail polish very quickly.  It's a must have for a smudge free manicure.   It's very similar to something like OPI Drip Dry (in side by side tests it worked just as well or maybe even a bit faster).  All you do is add a drop to each nail after you've polished it, and it cuts the drying time about in half. 

This doesn't have any solvents, or any smell.

One caveat- if it gets UNDER a fast dry top coat- like Seche Vite- it will cloud it.  So, put the top coat on, and then add the drops.  They are quite liquid, so it's best to work over a paper towel.

You'll get one 1/2 ounce (15-ml bottle) with a fine point dropper tip.
