Of all of our serums- this is made to be the most moisturizing, and gentle.  It's great under makeup, under lotion, or all by itself.  This is the one to use if you've had a cold, and the skin around your nose is red and flakey- or if you have a tendency to have very "reactive" skin that easily turns pink.  It contains:

Hydrolyzed Oatmeal extract- it's soothing, and helps to draw moisture from the air to keep skin soft and dewey.  We also use this in our Moisture Magic cream- and I think it's the reason it's soo good. 

Licorice Extract- just a little.  Large quantities of licorice can lighten skin, but I've used just a smidge because it's wonderful for skin calming.  It's moisturizing, soothing, a great anti-oxidant, and wonderful for ecezma. 

Sea Kelp Bioferment (seamollient)- a fantastic skin hydrator made from sea kelp that's been fermented with lactobacillus bacteria (the stuff that makes milk into yogurt).  The fermentation process makes all of the vitamins and minerals more available to be used for your skin.  It's cooling, soothing, and one of my most favorite ingredients.  Fermented sea kelp sounds gross- but it's the active ingredient in Cream de la Mere.

White Tea extract that's loaded with polyphenols to give your skin anti-oxidant protection.  It's also a lovely soother.

Tamarind seed extract-for a super boost of hydration.  In recent studies it's been shown to out preform hyaluronic acid in terms of skin hydration and for the smoothing of fine lines and wrinkles.

I've also added Panthenol to pull moisture from the air and help keep your skin hydrated all day.

There aren't a ton of botanicals, or anything to upset sensitive skin.  It's lovely, cooling, gentle, and perfect for everyday use.

This serum is thick, and a little bit gooey- and it smells kind of like the ocean because of the sea kelp- but soaks in beautifully and makes your skin soo soft and smooth.  It's become my new everyday serum- it's made people with blotchy, red, irritated, sensitive skin.  If you're acne-prone to boot- try a sample of this first.  Everyone has different triggers- oats, and kelp products can be ones for some people.
