Ice Queen is a glimmering icy blue color.  It reminds me of icicles on tree branches glistening in the sun on an icy winter's day.  It's not work safe, or anything a serious grown-up  would wear, and that's what makes it fun! Put this on as a one-color wash, go out on a frozen pond and pretend you're Dorothy Hamill.
