Rebel is black- pure black, but with a very sheer base- oh and a fair amount of sparkle.  The sparkles look like glitter- but they're not (most glitters are plastic...we don't use plastic in makeup)- they're a special inert mineral that's safe for use around the eyes.  We do recommend a primer or applying this with a damp brush- anything sparkley just likes to stick every place you don't want it to, and a little bit of water on your brush will help control that.

This color is that it blends beautifully.  If you want to do a smokey eye- this is a fantastic crease color.  Because it's sheer you won't overdo it and you'll look fantastic!
