Regent is very nearly a neutral grey with hints of teal. It has a semi-matte suede texture and pinky tan shimmers. Regent is immensely feminine and wearable for day or night. It should look good on most skin tones, and the shimmers will bring a nice pop of color that should enhance most eye colors.
