Retro is very very very shimmery light purplish pink. It's a dead-on 100% natural match for MAC's Kitschmas.
Texture-wise it's a little bit different. MAC adds some wetting agents to their pigments, and in Kitschmas it makes the pigment kind of clumpy, and chunky- ours doesn't have any of that- it glides on a bit more smoothly as a result. You'll want to wear a bit of primer underneath to keep the sparkle sticking to your lids. This is a pure pigment- so it's multi-use.
