On the Rocks is inspired by a glass of whiskey.  It's a golden brown color that's full of gold and silver eye safe natural glitter.  The formula on this one is very unique.  It needs a sticky base, and it would like to be patted gently onto your lid rather than brushed or blended on.

It pairs well with Torn Fishnets, Flash and Spellbound
