Safety is a bright, vibrant orange- the color of traffic cones, or safety clothing.  It's nearly matte- if you look at it closely you can see some shimmer.  If you pat it on it's bold and intense- but you can also blend them out, or even mix them with foundation base to make more sheer pastel tones. (these are not repackaged pops like you see around the web- these are matte, opaque, and adhere better than just a repackaged mica- I will say that this is sort of similar to Tangerine pop)
