Sapphire is a rich jewel toned navy. There is no easier way to add a little elegance to your look than with a little metallic shadow. You can use this as a liner color applied wet (looks wonderful) or blend it into an updated smokey eye. I like this paired with our Silver Lining color- with maybe some Whipped Cream for a highlight.
