Scarlet is a true red.  One coat is a light fire engine shade- and more coats yields a richer, sexier more bombshell red.

Ingredients:  Water, Sorbitol, Sodium Carbomer, Gluconoactone, and Sodium Benzoate, FD&C color

Packaged in a 3.5 ml tube with a doe-foot applicator (like our liquid glosses).
