Silver Shimmer is a shimmery silver- but not too bright and sparkling- it's more dramatic and "grown up". This is absolutely neutral with a nice amout of flattering shimmer. It's great with Storm Cloud- and either Raven or Sailor as a liner color for the perfect classic smokey eye.
