The basic theory is that if you mix opposite colors together you get something neutral- so yellow neutralizes blue circles, and our salmon color neutralizes purple circles.

The trick is getting it sheer- a lot of the yellow or green concealers on the market are thick- so thick that instead of neutralizing the color it just paints it the opposite color.

A sheer concealer sounds strange- but for discolorations it works wonders.

For under-eye circles just smooth a little on and it takes that purple/blue cast away like magic- really!

Our concealers start with a base that's a lot like our Perfecting Powder- silky, and sheer with light diffusers so it minimizes the appearance of "texture" issues- anything from fine lines to bumps- it smooths out the light and makes skin look smoother.

This goes on either under or over foundation- I like to use it over foundation- but under is fine too. We include an eye shadow appliactor with it- it gives nice smooth coverage- but blending it in with your finger works well too.
