Smooth and Full is our Black Label lip base with the addition of Dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline- a plant derived peptide that stimulates the contraction of collagen fibers- that's been grafted onto palmetic acid so that it gets delivered deep into the skin's surface.  It's wonderful for wrinkle smoothing- and it's also a pretty darn good lip plumper.  The difference is that there's no sting, no burn- and lips look just naturally juicy- not fake.  

Personally I like it as a night treatment- the thickness of the Black Label formula really lends itself to long-term wear- but I also keep one in my purse for times when I need the extra hit of moisturization.
