Tender is a cool pink gloss with a hint of brown- it has a nice amount of shimmer, and not a ton of pigment, so it's very versatile, and will go with a lot of different Fall looks and skin tones.  Personally for everyday wear my preference is for neutral, lightly pigmented glosses- ones that I can keep in my pocket or purse, and wear with a lot of different looks.  My normal "everyday" lippie is Gold Blush- but I wanted something a little less glittery, and a little more "grown up" for Fall so I came up with Tender.  What I was aiming for was a "less formal" version of Breathless- a nice pink tone with just a hint of brown- and in our existing  line it turned out a little bit closer to a less pigmented, less shimmery, more neutral version of Berry Crush.  This is a bit deeper tone, but it's not heavily pigmented so I don't think it will be too dark on most people.
