Velocity is a peachy champagne tone with a lot of shimmer.  On its own it's gorgeous- lovely as a simple one-color wash, on deeper skin it's a nice inner corner highlight color.  This is a pure pigment so you could dust a little on your cheeks, or your collar bone, or use it to highlight your lips too.
