I made this page as basic starting point for people who are visiting us for the first time. Here's a quick rundown of our Frequently Asked Questions: - We accept credit cards through Paypal- you don't have to have a Paypal account to use a credit card- there's a link on the left side of the Paypal login page that says "don't have a Paypal account"- click that, and you can just use a credit card without creating an account.
- We ship about 99% of orders in 2 business days- shipping starts at $2.00 for US orders, $2.25 for Canadian orders, and $3.50 for international orders. All orders are shipped via First Class mail with insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
- Silk Naturals has a Points and Rewards system- for every $100 you spend you get $5 in store credit.
- In order to keep our prices affordable, and ship your orders quickly- we do not offer samples on eye shadows, or lippies- BUT if you get a color that isn't your cup of tea, you can return it to us for store credit (sending them back is waaay cheaper than ordering a bunch of samples)- please don't abuse it, but we want to keep you happy.Try a few colors first- maybe check with the forum gals for recommendations- but don't be afraid to take a chance on a new color!
