Whisper is relatively sheer and "glowy" for lack of a better term- but it's more than that. It has a light pink base with sparks of gold, and gold highlights- and an effect that's really other-wordly. 

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Magnesium Myristate, Magnesium Stearate, Boron Nitride, Silica.  Also contains: Iron Oxides, Tin Dioxide
