Re: Beach Bum LUV
LOL! OMG how skin shade difference impacts that much! But I think you can use it as shadow. I bet it'll look gorgeous on you.

Re: diy palettes
Hmmm maybe it's the FCO? Propinquity is still in my "no-press" list. I kept on trying swatching it with FCO bcs I'm curious. But it still disappoints me for losing its glory!

Re: diy palettes
Heh? Propinquity?? Are you sure??? I have Propinquity and wanted to press it. But I first tried swatching it with a finger slightly damp with FCO and it was a disaster! It became a flat mauve and lost the amazing gold sheen. How did you do that?

Bronze? You mean peach? I swept it across my cheeks or use it as highlighter.

Not that I remember, not Maiden. It still lacks the red. I have a lippie that is really close to Dolce Vita, only lacks a tiiiiiiiinny bit of pink. And it's nowhere close to all SN lippies in my stash.

Re: Does anyone know of a dupe to Cover girl 415 Blushberry?
I once was on a search to find the dupe for NARS Dolce Vita. Although I didn't find it, I consoled myself since I already have too many gorgeous lip color on rotation just for a pair of lips. I swatched and tried on Dolce Vita when I visited Paris (there's no NARS in the Netherlands). I remember it ...

Re: Help with applying modern/rocker smoky eye kit?
As for me, I would put Slick on the mobile lid, stopping at the crease. Then, Rebel at the outer-v and the crease. I would also apply Rebel along the lower lash line. Blackheart would be used last to darken the outer-v. I would also apply a highlight color at the brow bone and the inner corner of th...

Re: Spring Rant & Rave
I think we have to give KC another shot. I left the tubes inside my warm room, so they softened. I swatched it a couple of times until the formula melded a little bit. Then got my parched lips super hydrated (yeah, I owe you one Oatmeal!) and apply the KC. This time they apply smoothly, at least muc...

Re: diy palettes
Ladies, has any of you ever tried pressing SN's matte shadows? I'm curious how it works out.
So far, SN shadows reigning on my non-pressable list are: Restless, Colt, Blue Steel (you actually can, but I just prefer not to), Propinquity, and Fusion.
