I realize I may be the only one wanting this, but here goes:
I love and use the Microdermabrasion Gel a LOT, alternating between that and AHA since I have found that I can alternate between them with great succsess keeping my Rosacea a bit calmer!
But here is the problem: I am struggling with strong pain in my hands and fingers everyday (arthritis), and many days I can`t even open my water bottle without help from hubby.
And very often I find myself really struggling getting the jar of microdermabrasion jar opened since it is a lid that needs to be tigh or else it will dry out super fast (yeah, learned that the hard way...lol)
And sometimes the grains get stuck in the ridges inside the lid making it even harder to open.
So would it be possible to switch the Microdermabrasion Gel over to a type of soft squeeze tube? Perhaps with a cap that can be removed for cleaning if needed?
A tube like that is easier to handle, at least for me since I can use my hands differently than with a tight jar - that I must use the most painfull part of my fingers to open. I feel a bit silly to run around looking for someone who can help me whenever I need it opened, lol
I feel a bit sorry for bothering you since I know people throw suggestions your way all the time and you can`t accommodate us all, but just thought I`d throw it out there since it would actually make a big difference for me and maybe others too. (?)

i use the microdermabrasion cream and i, too, would prefer if it came in a tube. maybe something like the smaller size hair gels/cleansing conditioners come in. i just checked and these are 1 oz, whereas the full size microderm gel is 2 oz (cream is 1 oz). it would be so much more hygienic as well and easier to get the right amount!!

Sounds like a great idea.

I think a tube would also be more hygienic... I dislike sticking my fingers into a jar, and I can never remember to use some kind of sterilized scoop each time either.

In the meantime go to the drugstore and buy one of those pumper sprays. They have them with a wider nozzle for creams and transfer it into the container with the pumper.I live near Harmon drugstore and they sell them for a buck. good luck.

Thank you, I am not in America, I live in Norway - and we don`t have that many options- not as many as where you live it seems.
I had an old pumperbottle that was a bit too big but I put the cleaned pumper into the microdermabrasion gel jar to test a while back, and it simply wouldn`t pump up the gel, it semed to be too "hard" for it to be able to get up there properly and it clogged up immediatly.
The plastic ones I allready tested have not worked out because they have either been way to large and not squeezable and with a nozzle that has been great for very liquid stuff that can pour itself out with a gentle squeeze. And when I found a size that was more apropriate it has been made out of sturdy plastic without squeezability.
I even tested Silk Naturals tiny tester containers but they are soooo small, they clog up too, tiny hole...
I have looked everywhere so that is why I came here as an last option. Hopefully Karen will see this, I am sure she has some more options available re. containers
But thank you for taking time to comment, much appreciated!
eta: I even checked out ebay too, but all the containers that could be soft enough are way too big...the gel would dry out in no time

karen once made a footscrub that was packaged in tubes like this, so it should work out with the microdermabrasion cream/gel, too, regarding squeezability and nozzle size
