i've tried redeeming for the pts.. however, the payment still doesn't reflect that i did.

so how does it actually works?

The only time I've actually redeemed the points was when i had enough to cover my entire order. You're supposed to be able to split pay it (use your points and then pay whatever is left with your paypal) but i think maybe the system has some kinks? It DOES work when you have enough redeemable points to cover the entire order.

There apparently was a glitch on it in the past 24 hours, but we put in a support ticket, and it appears to be fixed. I just tested it, and it went through beautifully.

Just to check...the first time i ordered after the new website was up, i was rewarded with points based on SN products+shipping. But the 2nd time i ordered, it was only based on the SN products. Probably there was a glitch earlier eh?

understand from the instructions that if i do not have enough points to cover the whole order, i can pay the balance with whatever payment method i choose.. but cannot leh?

I ran into this with my last order. The problem was, I didn’t have enough points. In order to redeem them you need to have 100 or more, than you can use any amount.
