Re: Aria vs Soft
For my own reference, here are some more comparison swatches: Aria on left, Soft on right http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/images/aria.jpg http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/images/soft.jpg http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/images/bllabelsw.jpg http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/images/falllipswatch.jpg

Try Aria, Swept Away, or XOXO.
There are two ways to mute a hue (a pure color): with gray or with brown. Kim Kardashian looks like she's wearing an opaque pink softened with gray. MAC describes Angel lipstick as "Soft pink (Frost)." NARS describes Turkish Delight lipgloss as "pink sorbet." Karen's lipsticks of...

Damsel, Soft, Seedy, Berry Nice: Which one?
I'm reviving this thread because I'm trying to decide on a pink lip gloss. The sheer lip glosses are exactly what I'm seeking, so I've narrowed down my choices to Damsel, Soft, Seedy, and Berry Nice. Are they all the same amount of pigmentation? I only want to get one of these four so I'd appreciate...

Re: Blush match for BE Fulfill
BE describes Fulfill as mauve/pink. A search for mauve blush on SN's site results in Embrace (BB Mauve clone). I'm never seen BE's Fulfill, BB's Mauve, or SN's Embrace in person so I can't compare them. Full size: http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/product_info.php?products_id=536 Sample: http://www.s...

How does Smashbox Production differ from SN Champagne?
I can't seem to find a swatch of Smashbox Production online, so would you please describe how it differs from SN's Champagne? I haven't tried Champagne, but I also prefer not to sport frosty lips.

my review of Carpe Diem
Carpe Diem smells distinctly metallic and feels very slightly gritty -- both probably from the gold -- when I apply it, but I can't detect either attribute once I'm not applying it. The formula wears comfortably without using a separate lip balm underneath. It's pigmented such that I prefer to apply...

Re: Holiday and Skin Care- What would you like?
Like Xarata suggested, I would be interested in seeing some of the collections available in duos, trios, or quads. Lip stain is the cosmetic I use most often so a true red lip stain would be fabulous. However, I read previously that Karen is iffy about formulating lip products with parabens. Here ar...

BE's "Eye Quickie - Cool/Warm" semi-sheer transformers
tizzylou, are you referring to BE's "Eye Quickie - Cool/Warm"? (http://store.bareescentuals.com/Eye+Quickie+-+Cool/Warm/36157,default,pd.html?cgid=BE_SUB_COLLECTIONS) I wasn't able to capture the product image, but here's its description: Layer your lids in soft illumination with transluce...

Colors for a Cause -- October only?
Are the Colors for a Cause items disappearing from the website at the end of October? For example, I noticed that Rare Berry is still available even though it's described as limited edition.
