Re: Fall 2013 is live!!!!

Great collection Karen! I'm really excited about Hair Elixir, in fact, I've been using the lash gel to treat some bald spots I had on my head after stress-related hair loss! They almost grew back now and I'm sure lash gel played a role in that. How exactly is Hair Elixir used? Is it a "leave-in...

Re: Fall 2013- wish list??

Another vote for new ALG colours! Preferably something "neutral" and sheer for every day... A terracotta-berry-aubergine would be great for Fall!

Re: all-in-one double-ended lippie

Karen, you won't believe it - I was imagining the same thing :o ! A cool little beauty gadget, with all the parts being detachable, so you can chose one to take with you and have the flexibility to replace them! I feel so much better now, knowing that you ladies carry even more lippies than I ...

Re: splotchy face after super serum

Hi! I too was wondering about the AHA-niacinamide reaction. Does niacinamide react with other acids too? Should we be cautious with any other ingredients in our moisturiser (some of them are acids, but you can't always tell from the name) or does the overall pH matter? Our skin surface pH is around ...

Re: all-in-one double-ended lippie

Wow, I didn't know that everything with SPF is considered a drug! I live in a very sunny part of the world (you stay indoors and still get a tan! ), so I try to use sun protection whenever I can. I guess the more opaque is the lipstick the more titanium dioxide it contains and therefore offers...

Re: all-in-one double-ended lippie

I've used Jane Iredale's lip plumper and scrub, it's a nice dual-pack multi-task product, but too expensive... I'm guessing that packaging is part of the reason for that... Still wish there was a hybrid of ALG, Pumpkin salve and Smooth & Full in just one sleek tube :) P.S.: I actually find ALG f...

Re: all-in-one double-ended lippie

I know the company that uses fruit pigments, I just wasn't aware that it was patented...
I've seen this kind of packaging in Jane Iredale's lip plumper and scrub, it's a really cool multi-task product, but doesn't have everything I want, it's too expensive and with no refills...

Re: coral and nude lip stain

I would love that too! Bright stains don't look good when they start to fade, but a nude or neutral stain can even-out (or slightly enhance) lip colour and fade more naturally!
And another wish: can a natural lip stain also be a little moisturising or is this too much to ask?

all-in-one double-ended lippie

Hi girls! This is my first post here and it's all about lippies! I am a lip product addict, I have dozens of them scattered around my drawers and make-up bags and very often they expire before I get to use them up! The reason for having so many of them is not only my love for variety, but also the f...
