I would also look at the Illuminating powders. They are similar but not as glowy. Flattery looks very close.

It is best when lips have recently been exfoliated and they are dry. (In the real world this is not always possible! LOL)

I remember having to dab it on rather than try putting a little on and spreading it with my lips. It was a little more even that way.

My first guess would be BHA three times so close together. It is more of an every other day, or once a day kind of thing once you are used to it.
