I've had some issues with my bb cream getting pilly on top of serums, especially the aloe one and the raspberry moisturizer. Are there some that will play nicer than others?

I have alot of crepiness under my eyes. Any products that will treat this? I can't wear concealer for my undereye circles because it just makes everything look worse.
