What you could do is search for the word 'lavender' and start narrowing down from there.
That's what I did and found 'Dreamy' at

Then, while on that page, you can narrow down or expand your selection based on finish for example.
I would say the most lavender-y eye shadows are: Dreamy, Iris, Lavender, Vineyard, Nice Girl, Sweet Talk and Say Yes.
highlights: Chiffon and maaaybe Hint, but it goes into pink.

Or, you can do a search as I described above. Romp, Rollick, Vivid and Wired would all fit the 'bright purple' description, but I would add Bewitched as well.
Jellybean would be a nice bright pink, but it depends on what kind of pink are you looking for: depth and type.
