So, uh, when would be a projected release date for the collection?

I'm curious too, my guess would be in a week-week and a half, since last year it was Nov 20th.

I would really love a few new Chromatic eye shadows. Marvel is pretty much my "go-to" shadow...and I'd love some more duo-chromes along the same lines. Maybe a pink (more "pink" that Pashmina, with some gold duo-chrome...like Quiver) and one that is neutral with maybe some purple/green/blue duochrome. Also, a darker peach than Sunnyville--something that makes blue eyes just "pop".

And...I'd so love pencil eyeliners.

Thank you for asking yet again, Karen! You not only ask what we want for upcoming releases, but you work so hard to satisfy all our wishes. (And throw in surprises to boot...) I've dabbled here and there with some other indie places, but every time...I just come back to SN because I know the quality, customer service, and all-around-awesome products just can't be beat. I would wait at least until Wed. Cauz they ship mon/wed/fri, so if you order tonight or tomorrow it would not ship until Wed. anyways. This way if new stuff gets posted before then you can grab some of the Winter/Holiday goodies as well.
I'm also eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new collection, always so excited for new SN stuff!

I have no idea...our computer at the shop bit the dust last night during a power outage. We're limping along enough to ship today, but we need to get a new machine all setup before we can release the collection.

I have a great job- we're very very lucky to be able to do what we do, and I don't whine or complain pretty much EVER but dang. This collection has been the hardest slog in the history of SN.

Hang tight though! We'll get there- I just don't know when.

Oh no, that is terrible. Computer problems are the worst. I hope you are able to get it fixed, or get a suitable replacement.
Sorry this collection has been so tough, I know me and all the others on here really appreciate all that you do.
Sometimes when you look at all the pretty goodies, it is easy to forget or not realize all the work that goes into making each item. All the formulating and planning. You and your team do such an amazing job, and bring so much joy to people's lives. I know your makeup always makes me look and feel great, and I truly appreciate it
