And the idea of some charity is also great! I'm ready to spend more on a favorite stuff if I know that it goes for good. When we pay the usual price it means we pay as usual and it is Karen who gets no profit. If we pay more - we all do our best. What do you think?)

Excellent idea! I also like the idea of a small amount going to charity.

I think this is a great idea. There are so many gwps that I missed.

Original Foxxy blush? I know it's a little OT but I'm shameless in my love for it.

Re: limited edition release
It doesn't hurt to ask again
A possible alternative to the MAC could be to release past GWPs for sale for a limited time. This could be a regular event, maybe four times a year? By the time the collection gets released, folks will have hunted for swatches and already have a good idea what they want and should surely sell well. GWPs stay as objet d'amusee so that wouldn't curb creativity, but it also gives us lot a chance to collect those irresistible colours that we miss.
I couldn't afford the join MAC last time, much as I am grateful for the club idea and would love to see it run again. This could be an alternative way to offer keen collectors colours (and sell leftover GWPs!) so we can save up as the weeks (and swatches) go by in anticipation of a seasonal GWP collection release.

I am absolutely in love with homecoming queen. I've been wearing it for like the last 3 weeks. Love Alakazam too...zooeyblue wrote:Great idea! Currently, I love Homecoming Queen and Radiant.I know it's been a while, but what about Lola? It is so pretty!
I love this idea too. I love the MAC because in general I have already have everything SN makes and when something new comes out, i buy it and then i have everything again. The way it is now, i try desperately to make myself place small orders when a collection is released (which i hate because i'm soooooo an instant gratification buy-it-all-at-once-the-hour-it's-released kinda girl) and come up with things i could maybe use extra of the rest of the time (lavender lotion is often one of those things, i don't go through it quite quickly enough to justify adding it to every order, but then i just tell myself that i'm going to tuck them into my mom's presents throughout the year since she loves lavender and somehow that makes it ok. lol)Cupcake wrote:It doesn't hurt to ask againA possible alternative to the MAC could be to release past GWPs for sale for a limited time. The MAC means i still get a goodie package in the mail every month (i love getting mail. lol. When i feel lousy i buy stuff just to get mail- i'm not the only one who does it either- i know), but it also really bugs me to NOT have a color- like OCD bothers me. I lost my GWP "surprise" at some point in the 5 times i moved in one year- and it irks me to no end that it's gone... If I knew there were semi-annual GWP sales...I might be able to wait (probably not all the time though. lol. The thought that somehow i might miss out gets to me. what can i say, it's my vice- right up there with office supplies- i don't NEED 7 pairs of scissors and 50 sharpies, but somehow i'm always buying scissors and sharpies..)
I love all the ideas. Love the semi-annual GWP idea, love the charity idea, love the MAC- love anything that gets me my colors. lol
