I haven't quite gotten to trying my SN cream blush, but for others, I've had success with putting a touch on my fingertip, then touching a left and right finger together to divide the colour between them, and then just gently touching the fingertip to the cheek to apply the colour on top of foundation. I use a repeated gentle tapping with the finger and that works quite well.

You can use a cream blush brush and then apply powder blush on top. You will get that dewy flushed look and it will keep all day.
