Happy Anniversary! The random refunds are such an awesome, very appreciated idea. I remember when the "other" forum went down and a bunch of us came over to SN (best thing ever, I love SN's eyeshadows), I ordered SN for an Secret Santa exchange, and aside from a small order of jars and scoops, it was one of my first "real" orders, and I got a refund! It really did make my day, so I have no doubt you'll be making a lot of people's day with these unexpected refunds. It's very generous of you and one of the things that really sets SN apart from a lot of other companies out there.
