I know it's late for those who wanted to order while it was a freebie, but may help others: It's a liner color for sure, dark and sparkly close in range with Prowl but more brown/bronze. I'm wearing it today as liner for First Kiss (for which Prowl would work too). It's really nice for blue/grey eyes, but I think it would look great on hazel too, as it has some gold (bronze) in it. And the brown eyes can wear anything

Looks kinda like Prowl?

I don't have Prowl but from the swatch of Prowl on the site I think Toujours has more red/burgandy in it. Prowl seems more deep brown with some red.

Prowl is a very dark rosey/burgandy color and Toujours is a med pink. They go together well. HTH

Looks like I need to get prowl out and compare. I haven't opened toujours yet.
