I would try Olive. It will be 1 scoop color to around 12 white.

OK so when I first started using SN I was totally yellow toned, as I had some health issues going on, so I used Buttery gold. Now I'm more neutral toned (Bare minerals fairly light is perfect, as is Tarte's amazonian powder foundation in light/medium neutral) so I want to change up my SN too. I'm thinking either ebony by itself or adding some ebony to my buttery gold. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would actually try Olive. Buttery Gold with Ebony might work, too.

Hi all, looking to buy foundation here for the first time. I previously used EDM in a combination of Sandy Fair and Olive Fair. I am thinking of ordering the Ebony trial kit (in Vegan because I'm allergic to silk). My only other thought was whether to add an Olive kit as well. Here are two pics:

Lutya-

Our trial kit includes both colors for testing. (Be sure to select the Vegan formula or All Purpose if you are sensitive to silk. Both of those are silk free.)

You look pretty neutral to me....and both Olive and Ebony are good candidates. Olive will be 1 scoop color to around 15 white, Ebony will be about 1 scoop color to around 9 white. If anything, you might want a little extra white for testing since you are so fair.

Need Foundation help.

You look pretty neutral in tone to my eye. I would try olive. Your ratio will be one scoop color to 14 or more white.

Awesome thank you. I didn't think Olive at all. I did do one of 12 white to a scoop of ebony and buttery gold and I think I am almost there BUT I will do a second batch to compare with your suggestion.

I am wondering I have the all purpose and am going to put in another order when you guys are back up and running. Is the medium more coverage then the all purpose? For some reason in my head I feel I need a thicker coverage to last all day ????

I think medium and All Purpose are close in coverage. The white scoops needed still might vary just a little.

Your Ebony and Buttery Gold mix might actually turn out great.....I can only read so much from a picture. It is really an experienced guess, but still just a guess.
