Temptalia's swatch shows Baby Doll's gold interference very well.
Oh. My. Goodness!!! Sensational! And pretty please in really sincere pleas, whatever that is third from the left on the top in the upper picture where the tubes are standing side by side on their ends, I would absolutely adore a clone of that in a solid gloss form. It is exquisite. Amazing (and fantastic site, thanks for the links!

I believe you're referring to Sherry Baby. Temptalia's swatches are very true to color and finish. As mentioned earlier in this thread,
Pursebuzz has also swatched Eve Pearl's glosses.

Yes, I'm sure that's the one. Beautiful swatches. I agree, everyone could use Hunny Bunny and Baby Doll but for true siren glamour, Sherry Baby is magnificent. Thanks!

I have all of the glosses and I must say that the colors are, well, very different from the other glosses I've seen so far. BEAUTIFUL! Which is why I am so excited that Karen managed to clone them. The one thing that bugged me about Eve's product was that something in it gave my friend an allergic reaction. She's got uber uber sensitive lips, so I try everything I get on her. Wow, that just made me sound like some evil Dr Frankenstein... its barely a minute and the second she feels a tingly sensation, and she can tell the difference between a minty tingly and an allergic tingly, we wash it off and apply lots of cream.
Also, you can feel the glittery bits when you rub your lips together. Also, there's a candy floss taste/smell to it. Which some people love, but personally I find too too sweet.
So far, every SN lippie I've let her try has passed the allergy test!

Karen, I'm strangely fascinated by MAC Lollipop Loving, which is described as a mid-tone coral with subtle green and gold iridescence (Glaze finish). It's currently available in the Sugarsweet collection and is a repromote from last year's Heatherette collection. What do you think about creating lippies with iridescence in unusual colors? I trust that you would formulate something unique that's still flattering in its subtlety.

! agree....those kinds of colors are really cool, especially for summer. I saw a pic of Lollipop Loving on, and you really didn't *see* the green and gold, you just saw a pretty shimmer.

I'll bet it's pretty cool, and I'll have to check it out! In the Fafi collection they had a lippie that was a sheer plummy brown with blue highlights, and it was actually pretty cool. I often add a bit of blue or green to lippies- not much, but it can help round-out or balance a color.

I am a 48 year old woman and worried about the fact of the green interference in this lipstick and if I would look ridiculous walking around with this green tinge to my lips, I tried it and it is really quite lovely and not as noticeable as you might think. I ended up buying it. The shade is very flattering and spring-y!

How about a dupe of Nars Chelsea Girls?
