That's gorgeous! looks very good on you.
It's not very cold where I live in the US, on the southern east coast. But I know our relatives in Missouri got pounded with an ice storm. Lots of places without power, too. And I got relatives in Alaska that have -26 weather, so I'm happy to be where I am now, lol.

Right.
I haven't done this before, but was having a very light work day so decided to join in & post a photo

- hope it turns out OK, as I am not exactly a technical genius!!!!
I have used very warm colours but the light here in Manchester, UK is very cold & wintry hence I look a bit washed out & not quite as 'peachy' as I might!
Products used are:
Sandstone (lid), Cabana (crease), Barry M Intense Black liner (smudged along upper lash line), Bourgeois Liner Effect Mascara. Not wearing a highlight shade, and no foundation, powder or anything on my face, just a swipe of Splendid Perfecting Glow (not that you can really see it in these shots) on the top of my cheekbones.

kitten and donna, You both look great. Between the two of you, it is like you have our weather extremes going in those looks. The "Ice Queen" and "Her Hot Highness".

Thank you so much for sharing.....
kitten- No worries on the tech side. It takes practice and before long you will be a pro.

Thanks Jen!!!
Uploading was less of a problem than I anticipated. Getting the size right......completely different thing

kitten- I usually kind of 'cheat' and use flickr.com. I choose the size of the pic there and then post a link to the image. I also do some of my photoediting (labeling) there with picnick.com. It is the photoeditor linked to flickr.

Thanks guys!
Kitten- love it. They are both colours that are on my everyday colours list! As in I use them all the time! Think i might try a look like this.
Still painfully hot here. And they're predicting the same temperatures for at least another week. Save me...

Here's my
FOTD for 6 Feb 2009.
I used from SN:
Eyes: Basalt + Terra + Bone
Cheeks: Satisfied
Lips: Foreplay
Unfortunately, in this pic, I'm using non-SN foundation and concealers. I was trying out some new shading & contouring techniques that required a cream concealer.

I have to agree, Satisfied blush and Foreplay lip gloss go so well together! I tried them out yesterday and was very pleased at how good it looked. I'm so glad I got Satisfied with my last order. That's just what I've been missing, it's my favorite blush right now.

In case anyone wants to see what Skinny Dip looks like, I did a swatch & also took a picture of it on my lips and a whole face look.
http://faithtoh.blogspot.com/2009/02/si ... y-dip.html
I wore it with a Basalt (liner) & Moonstone (one wash) from my new Stonewashed Nudes palette. I like Terra, Aztec, Quartzite, Bone and Basalt does make a great liner color (wet or dry), but the grey tones in Moonstone and Slate don't flatter my skin tone. If I'm not extremely light-handed, I end up looking bruised.
Love love love Birthday Suit. Love love love Skinny Dip. Love love love the wordplay -- birthday suit, skinny dipping...
