i'm about to make my first SN order, mostly of skin care and foundation samples, but decided to throw in a lippie too, though i hardly wear makeup/gloss/etc.

from looking at swatches and reading descriptions i'm drawn to gold blush, sweetheart, and peach melba. but i don't think those are the best choices for my lips.

i'm asian and golden-toned, currently wearing EDM's golden winged butter. i also have yellow-ish teeth so wanted some advice on what lippies would help them look whiter, or at least not make them look even MORE yellow. i believe cool/blue-toned lippies are good for that?

i'm looking for something pretty sheer, and i don't mind sparkle as long as it's not very noticeable. a lot of the shimmer sheers look good, but terribly shimmery! does anyone have pictures of themselves actually wearing some? possibly some photos comparing sheers with shimmer sheers?

Hiya It's true that a blue-based lip colour can help with the illusion of having whiter teeth. If you want something fairly light, I'd recommend Pout. It's a soft, pretty pink with some shimmer, but it's a very forgiving colour. However, I also think you'd like Precious (ultimate bridal pinky-peach shimmer lippy). It's not unlike Gold Blush but a little stronger. Have a look at Jen's Swatch Thread for photos of a lot of the lippies. I think Precious (or Gold Blush) could really flatter your skin colour. For darker colours with a blue-ish base but still sheer and either no or minimal sparkle, maybe look at Berry Nice (sheer raspberry pink, very flattering), Sweet Nothing (mauve) or Damsel (bright but sheer blue-based pink).

I second Pout. It is in the neutral to slightly cool range. And a perfect choice for a coolish colored lippie for someone with your coloring.

so i'm definitely adding pout, but i think i might go crazy and get precious and peace too! (so much for just buying 1...)
if i could i would buy allllll of them just to try them!
