Silk Naturals

This is my first post here, but after having ordered a slew of beautiful colors a few weeks ago, I'm hooked on Silk Naturals!! Not only do I love the original SN colors, I also love being able to get dupes of famous colors without all the fillers and preservatives and other yucky ingredients I try very hard to avoid - at a much more reasonable cost! So, my polite request is for a dupe of the lovely Chanel Beige Quad. Not only is it quite difficult to find, it's very expensive. Being a work at work-at-home mom of a toddler with another baby on the way, I can't justify such an expense. I'd love to see a dupe of this. Thanks for your consideration!

You hit the nail on the head with that one...expensive, and a Europe and Asia exclusive. That one's going to be hard- but I'll keep checking my usual sources for hard to find colors. Nothing so far, but maybe luck will prevail.

Thank you so much! I've heard that Sax has the exclusive rights to this palette in the US. Unfortunately, I'm in PA and am not near a Sax. I've only seen swatches of it, but the colors look beautiful. I'll keep my fingers crossed. If it doesn't come to fruition, I still have your other beautiful colors!

on ebay and google try looking for chanel 81 beiges velours instead of chanel beige quad or beiges de chanel.

i do think this looks really similar to the elegant brown quad though...

That quad looks nice but holy expensive!

That's a bargain for a Chanel quad! They're normally $55 in department stores. It does kind of look like a whole lot of brown though...I'll take a look at the other Chanel palettes while I'm here in NYC. I could seriously move into their counter at Sak's and be a perfectly happy girl. It's gorgeous- just the kind of luxury and elegance that you would expect from a high-end brand- and the makeup isn't half bad either. Personally- even though it's ungodly expensive, of all of the brands that I've cloned, Chanel really is my favorite. They're a class act all the way.

Let me see what I can do- Chanel does have a special finish to their shadows that I do really appreciate- it's not quite a shimmer, but not matte either.

I saw it!!! Unless I'm confused, they had it at Sak's (I went back). I didn't do a side-by-side comparison, but from having swatched the Chanel palette, I think you'll be very happy with the Elegant Brown quad- they seem very very similar.

I second Karen. All the swatches I've seen of the Chanel quad look really really similar to the Elegant Brown Quad that I have (and love to bits).

They have it at Macy's too..it's the Beige De Chanel quad. I was really surprised to see it there. The cream color in the quad is different- Chanel's is a matte, that's a dead ringer for our color Bone- the rest are so similar it's spooky.
