I've fallen in love with a blush that is not good for me...I'm sure. Wet 'n Wild's Mega Glo Illuminating blush.

This is on my wish list to have a safer version. Like the idea of the bronzers on one side and the highlighter colors on the other.

Will pressing a powder cause some chemical additives that we don't want though??

Generally, pressing adds things many customers don't want and can also shorten the shelf life. I know pressed products are very cool, but they are not in our plans.

I know there are many youtube videos out there that might be interesting if you were into DIY pressing. I tried a few times myself, but I found it too fussy for the return of convenience. I personally just tried to find easier ways to travel with loose.

You can press something like that yourself, if you are willing to do a little DIY project. I press all my eyeshadows, it works great! I only use Fractionated Coconut Oil(has an indefinite shelf life so shadows don't go bad) and rubbing alcohol(evaporates out completely, just need it to make shadow wet to press).
The only thing I have found is matte powders do not press well, they need at least some sheen. And the more shimmery they are the more FCO, the more they are low sheen like suede, they will need less FCO.

Blushes are really weird to press with oils- they have a lot of silica in them, and it turns them gunky. I don't recommend pressing them, but if you really really really wanted to try I'd say try maybe a drop of hand sanitizer, and some rubbing alcohol. It will probably shrink away from the sides of the container, but it will hold together in a disk.

Check out the Perfecting Glows- there are a lot in that same color family, and they're pretty.

I had a lot of success pressing SN blushes using FCO and rubbing alcohol. You just need a few drops of FCO. I also pressed my Liberty Perfecting Glow and that came out well

EDIT: Sometimes you might get tiny cracks on the sides as it dries and shrinks up, but it doesn't really affect the way it works. If they bother you, you have to press harder when you do the pressing, and really get all the liquid out by pressing through a paper towel lots and lots of times, then you shouldn't get them.
