Chirp requires $20 purchase

Normally the eye colors are $10. Does this one require $20? It's OK if it does, I was just going to place a small order and I may wait until the next GWP. Thanks!

I was impatient and placed my order anyway. If I'm not eligible for the GWP that's OK, I always love my orders!

Eek! I just changed it back to $10...
Chirp is an experimental formula- I'm not sure where I'm going with it, but I thought I'd try a little something different.
