What would you like for Christmas? My mind keeps going to kits. Normally when I make products I design them either around a problem/solution or a what's just really fun, or a certain look, or around the colors someone would want to wear for a certain occasion. Soooo...what would you like to see for the holiday collection. Obviously new colors are in order- probably some new products, kits etc. Ask away.

The second thing I've been working on is skin care. I've actually been working on it for a few years. Right now I have moisturizers. I've been playing with ingredients and ideas for ages- so my question is other than moisturizers- what else would you like to see in a skin care line? Are there any products you'd like to see, any ingredients that you love/hate?

Hi Karen! It's so nice of you to ask your customers what they want. Maybe a super moisturizing lip balm to protect our lips from the cold winter? Something without castor oil maybe? I noticed balms with castor oil dry my lips out in a while. Just a thought, lol.

New Colors: I want a pale ethereal gold shade (not gold gold and not white with gold just pale dreamy gold) and a clone of bobbi brown Velvet Plum Metallic Eyeshadow. Oh and I would love a plum/wine mascara too! Maybe an "All Wrapped Up" Silver and Gold holiday collection created for foiling...

Kits: Definitely some eye/cheek/lip kits or 4 color eye kits. Also would like to see some of the collections available in kits (like the Chanel ones)

Skincare: I second a lip balm and maybe a hydrosol/setting mist. Ingredients I love: Mango butter

Oooh! I love the holidays. Karen, your LE kits will be the ruin of me! I'm thinking two "kits": warm and cool...

WARM: Think of -- nights by the fire, hot chocolate, spiced desserts.
For lips -- a mulled wine with lots of gold shimmer.
For eyes -- a sheer gold (like what Sam suggested), but also complementary shades with lots of gold. Maybe a dark burgundy for liner and crease? Maybe the metallic plum would be good here?

COOL: Think of -- walks through the snow, snowflakes on lashes, silvery icicles, crystalline purple winter skies.
For lips -- ice-princess pink with silvery shimmer
For eyes -- silvery iced lilac, and uhh... I dunno... I'm no good with thinking of quads That's why I buy your kits!

This has nothing to do w/anything,LOL, but Heathcliff just *made me* go layer High Beam+Fire+Hint=AWESOME! It's the *blend* of warm/cool that fascinates me the most. I do more looks blending warm with cool than anything else ~ more interesting to look at/play with. Younger, edgier, artsier!

LOVE deep purple mascara! Deep navy,too! dark, not bright or garish.....I'm old, hehe....but I ain't dead yet!!!

Find the perfect acrylic mister bottles ~ maybe in clear or gem colors ~ offer w/hydrosols *or* empty? Now that's a TOUGHIE chore, finding GOOD mister bottles...the best I ever had (& I used the same one for years til Michael recently broke it) matched the clear, elegant packaging that Ice Elements uses...a great quality mister. I can find them online but have no use for 125 of them,LOLOL!

I would like a moisturizing cleanser, I currently use the oil cleansing method, not becuase I'm particularly bothered by breakouts at the age of 52, but I need all the moisture I can get, I live in a semi arid state with a very high altitude, so I really mean it when I say I need all the moisture I can get.

A coordinated warm /cool kit would be fun. Also a mixed kit ( both warm and cool ) tones for eyes might also be fun, I know that both Mikie and I enjoy playing with both warm and cool colors on our eyes at the same time, it makes them more interesting. I also would like a dark purple mascara and a very dark purple liner .

Once upon a time BE offered what i think they called ices . They were similar to opal and fire, but also had silver and gold tones, and could easily be foiled or brushed dry over other shadows to change the color plays in the shadows to make them either warmer or cooler in color. I looked on the BE site to see if I could still find them, so that I could actually give you a product to look at, but I couldn't find them , something like this might also be fun for special holiday looks.

To hijack from anther thread, I think that boht naughtiness and temptation are both great eyeshadow names, but can you see someone saying "Santa, I have been VERY good all year , so for Christmas I would like a little nayghtiness and temptation."
