Satin finish Fountdation???

Hi all
I'm a hugh fan of karen's satin finish eyeshadow. I mean the first thing that comes to mind about it's texture is 'creamy silk'.
I would love to see a version of the ivory foundation with the same satin 'creamy silk' finish. I would love to try to see what that 'creamy silk' texture would look like on my face?

Completely 2nd this!
I am not into "matte" at all. Some glow looks so much better to me. I love Sarah's idea of "satin creamy silk."
I don't think she is saying "glittery" just more like a dewy sheen.
I would love this option as a foundation base too!

I know I have been using Splendid Perfecting Glow on top of my foundation when I want more of a dewey finish. I wonder if it could be mixed in. Would something to be mixed in work for you gals? I am just asking, because I have no idea what is feasable from the production end or even how it well would work mixed in.

Yes, it'd be excellent to have a mixed-in dewy finish ingredient so long as the current Ivory formula remains available as well.
I went nuts a few months ago and blended all scraps and samples of mineral makeup and made a 'glow' which came out very like SN's Angel glow. Last time I blended up my foundation (40 scoops worth), I added 3 scoops of 'glow' along with one extra scoop of silica and I've never been such a happy bunny for how well it works.
(Couldn't use SN Blur, both versions, as the colour was way too dark, so I sourced silica from a friend who got it as PL I think?! Basic stuff anyway).

Splendid would work- but Angel would work better...mainly because Angel is more concentrated so it doesn't dilute the coverage as much as Splendid. I tried the satin mica I use in the eye shadows in foundation- and for me, it wasn't that awesome- BUT I'm not a fan of shine all over my face. It made me look a lot older- BUT it was a quickie experiment- not something I really studied and tried to get to work, so there may be other ways to do it.
I'll work on some things after I put out the Valentine's line.
