Hi Everyone,
I just received my sample kit in the mail. I am clueless as to how I should start mixing my shade though. Any tips would be appreciated! I've include a pic of me in natural sunlight. I am wearing MAC Pressed Blot Powder in MedDark in the pic.

Thank you!

Your pic is great! You have lovely skin! I have to say that my first instinct is that you will be a Buttery, but Warm might work as well. For depth you will most likely be 1 Buttery (or Warm):7-8 White. I'd start with 1Buttery:6White and work from there. Add White if it is too dark. If you have enough White in your sample, I'd also try the Warm in the same amount.

Or you might b able to try mixing half scoop warm & buttery & add the white. I did that with mine.

I'm with deepix on this. Your skin looks alot like mine - mostly yellow asian undertones but with some hints of pink. Buttery with just a hint of warm to 6 parts white should do it. =)

Just keep experimenting and shaking. That's half the fun.

Thanks guys! This is the little scoop that came with the kit right? Just trying to be sure. Will it be enough for 1 application? Sorry such a noob.

Yes, the little scoop that came with your package :-). One little mixing session will provide enough for several applications, at least in my experience. For reference, in this pic Karen had just introduced WarmGold & I believe I'm wearing a 1:1 ratio of base to WarmGold.
