I think the "/creb/" part is important. I have the address bookmarked that way and I never see the linking page.

Yes...the creb is important, but http://www.silknaturals.com should be an automatic redirect.

My husband emailed the hosting company, and they said that they can take a look at the logs to see what may have happened, BUT they need to know what time. So if anyone gets the error- could you make a note of the time, and either post here or email me through the site?

Thanks! Karen

It doesn’t just happen from the start page, it occurs about half the time when navigating between pages. It just happened now when moving between page 2 and 3 of this thread. 9.58 am Wednesday August 13.

I haven't had problems in the past few days, but usually have problems between 7pm and 9pm Mountain time. I haven't had it occur while navigating between pages, but I do get it when I am on the forum and then go to the SN home page.

Hi Karen! And a BIG thank you for creating such great products. I think it's safe to say (after 3 orders in 1 week) that I'm addicted! I was wondering if you could find a way to let us go from the forum back to the website. It always makes me go out of the forum and retype in the website home page. There is no back to homepage link on the forum (unless I'm missing it.) Keep up the great work, and congratulations on winning me over (I'm a shrewd consumer.)

I thought of something else to make shopping easier. It would be nice to have an “add to cart” button with the products on their group pages. For example when you are in the Perfecting Powders section there should be an add to cart button beside the 8 product choices. This would save repeat shopper time in shopping, we don’t need to read the product description to purchase.

This may sound like a strange request, but would it be possible make it so that you could move items from your shopping cart back to your wishlist, as well as from your wish list to your shopping cart? Surely, I'm not the only one who will mve items from my wish list to my shopping cart, only to find that I have overspent my budget, and now have to delete some items, only to hava to go back to shopping to add the items that I just deleted from my cart, back to my wishlist. Also could the cart have an empty cart feature, if for some unknown reason, you decided to scratch the whole order and start over, witout having to mark every item that you want to delete. Thanks, Hollis

I second vivify's suggestion for the option to load more items on one page - I would really like to be able to have the option of seeing all the blushes on one page, for example. It saves time and also helps me to compare items more easily.

I also second tizzylou's suggestion of an option to move items from your shopping cart into your wish list - a "save for later" feature, as it were, like the one the MAC website has. ;-)

Oh! and it would be great to optionally have our log-in information "remembered" - so that we don't have to keep logging in again whenever we visit the website (which I find myself doing quite a lot - wonder why ;-))

Love your products and the customer service, so these suggestions are really just the icing on the cake!

I agree, being able to move things back to your wish list would be great. I'm always overspending on my budget.
