LIP PENCILS?!?

Post by missbliss » Wed Jun 11, 2008 11:50 am

I think lip pencils really complete the look of the lips and make the glosses/stix stay on longer.I'm currently using traditional lip liners (with a whole host of toxins), so I really want to find a natural alternative, and it would be so great if Karen could come up with natural lip pencils to complement her stunning array of glosses and stix.
I'm having a hard time finding truly natural lipliners - I tried Jane iredale's but didn't care too much for her colors (except crimson, but read the ingredients and it had parabens...) Also, I know that youngblood carries them too, but I've discovered they're not all-natural either.
Being all-natural is becoming increasingly important for me, esp when used on the lip area, I want to make sure it's user-frienly.
Well, thanks, hope you will look into this and thanks for being so receptive to customer requests, that's what makes you my favourite mineral makep company as your products really cater to our "needs". lol ;)

oh! I second the lipliners! I had a fav. MK one but they change up their color options way too frequently and their's aren't all natural. Theirs are creamier than a pencil, i think they come in a self sharpening tube? I'd love maybe a nudie one and a berry one?

YES, I third this! I'm allergic to synthetic dyes in lip products and have been looking everywhere for a quality, reasonably priced lip liner (does such a thing exist??). My favorite was actually by Wet N Wild - 712 Willow - it was the perfect color for me and it was cheap! However, because it contains FD&C colors, my lips always broke out in blisters! I really hope you consider adding lip liners to your product line.

Thanks!

I'm... fourth(?) the lip pencil request? For some very mysterious reasons, I've been wanting to use lip pencils lately. I haven't used one in perhaps 8 or 9 years, but I so want it now!!
