this is an interesting contest. I have 6 I know for sure, 2 I think I might know, 2 I "should" know but can't think of at the moment, and 2 I have pretty much no idea. I think I know which one egerandi is talking about where I thought I knew what it was, but it doesn't have to do with the product names as far as I can tell! Hmmmm.........

Sooo Jen says I should give you a hint on the head scratcher...it's a TV theme song from a US show that's also an eye shadow color. I was pretty sure was syndicated everywhere because I *know* it's been talked about on this forum. I had the album Kill Uncle, and always thought the lead singer was cute but I never put 2 and 2 together when I did the contest. I graduated in 1994 so I was listening to a lot of grunge and heavier stuff back in the day (the last song was covered by the Chili Peppers).

hahaha. Bob knew it right away- he was like, that's the theme song from (insert show). I was like "i just watched that show yesterday! I knew I'd heard it recently!" he didn't know the names of most of the songs- just who played them. Like the one- it's been done by so many people, he told me to google puff daddy and godzilla. That one took me awhile.

Hah! I knew the original song (it was also in the Wedding Singer), and that's what I put on the contest, but I had no idea that it was related to this show Now, it totally makes sense, you tricky Karen, you! Should I add that to my submission (Andrea D), or can you accept the original artist/title I listed?

You are right about the Wedding Singer, I love that movie but had forgotten it was in there. Now I can recall exactly which part it was even! (I should've gotten it from that too! .... smacks head.....)
I enlisted some help from a friend and her daughter today - they were good. I was impressed w/ myself on the ones I got on my own w/ no help but my friend and her daughter did better than I did.

Funny...that was one the ones I guessed first, but I had watched that show in the past and really liked that song.

dang, after all those hints, that was one my husband and i already knew we also recognized it from the wedding singer...although i still can't find the eyeshadow that goes with it. we can only figure out 6 of the 12 total though. i am horrible at these type of games, he is better but it is pretty tough!

butting in here.....I know which song you all are refering to and I have seen "The Wedding Singer" countless times and never even realized that song was on there!~~~~~~smacks head~~~~~and then, I knew the song, and the show it came from, but couldn't *find* the damn color......till NOW,
