Hi!
Just wondering if there are any aussies here coz I'm waiting on my package which i placed an order for 12 days ago and its still not here. I get paranoid when stuff from the states take longer than 7 days as thats how long they usually take to reach me in Melbourne. Whats the longest you've had to wait for a packge from SN?

Hi, yes I'm an Aussie too. The last package I got yesterday took 11 days from the time I got an email saying it had been shipped. The order before that took 7 days. I'm loving it because when I used to order from EDM it used to take at least 3 weeks.

I am in New Zealand, and packages from the US usually take 8 days from when they are shipped. I am sure Karen will sort you out though if it is lost

but my last order took 14 days and my first one only 2 days 
!!! So I definitely thought my last one was lost…and I double checked my addresses, etc…finally it arrived. It could be that the US post service has a back log, not sure if they have had a public holiday recently, but that always seems to make tings move slower.
