Question About Strawberry Spritz

Is this a toner or just a refreshing-type spray? I need a refill on my Pore Refining toner but if this will act as a toner, I'll just get that. Thanks!

My daughter uses it as a toner. It will not be quite as hydrating as the Pore Refining Toner.
