Kisser Slicker in same color as EDM English Muffin

English Muffin was the perfect nude for me, I have yet to find something exactly like that, XXX comes closest but is darker and maybe more opaque.
EDM no longer makes this shade, but I still have it. I would be glad to ship some to Silk Naturals if you want to see it in real life. I can also post swatches.

I think Mirage is close. It is a vegan Kisser Slicker. Nice Tan, an ALG, is also long those lines. XXX is actually a lipstick and much more opaque than these. Centerfold the Kisser Slicker is more pink.

I tried all of those except Nice Tan, and they were all too dark and/or too pink.
XXX is the closest but still too dark and pink.

I think my complexion is the reason I have such a hard time finding the perfect nude lippie. I am very pale, yet not cool toned, so I think that makes anything with pink in it look way more pink than it really is.

Whoops sorry, I was comparing the wrong color... Nevermind! Nice tan looks like it would be close though. It doesn't bloom pink on my lips.

From your swatch, it makes me think of Caramel. I do think you need something in between Mirage and Caramel for color, though.

Have you tired Peachy Keen? The nice thing about it is that it is a sheer color.

Thank you for the suggestions, I have not yet tried those colors, will take a look.
I avoid FD&C dyes though, so that makes me a bit more picky.

I was thinking of getting Glacier and wearing it over the XXX, maybe that would tone down the pink?

I'll second this. I own every SN Nude and EDM English Muffin clone would be a nice addition to an already terrific collection.

You and I have the same skin tone. And all browns and tans turn pink on me..
I own all the SN nudes and Nice Tan is going to look very good on you, though it does not match English Muffin. I often apply a layer of XXX, blot, and pop Nice Tan over the top.

Glacier over XXX does tone the pink. It is not bad. But in certain lights the green iridescence comes forward. In other lights the overall color looks a bit dull.

Caramel will not be close to English Muffin, Oxana...I have had both, and Caramel is darker and much more warm. I hated English Muffin, lol. It made me look dead. I would have gladly sent you mine but it went rancid very quickly. Classic EDM lippie.
